Keep every eye on its treatment rhythm

G4A IVI is scheduling software for ophthalmology clinics that give intravitreal injections (IVOM), such as anti-VEGF therapy for macular degeneration, diabetic macular oedema and retinal vein occlusion.

These patients are treated per eye, on intervals, often for years. What costs sight is rarely a double-booked room. It is a patient who quietly drops out of the treatment rhythm. Ordinary practice software books appointments; G4A IVI models each eye's treatment series, knows when it is due, and shows who is overdue.

What it does

Per-eye treatment plans: the physician sets the interval, and G4A IVI records it and never changes it.
Worklist: who is due, who is overdue, who has stopped coming.
Session planning: fixed capacity per injection session. A planner proposes next week's lists by urgency and puts both eyes into one visit where it can; a person accepts.
Injection records with mandatory batch numbers, so a recall can name every recipient.
Recall and reminders by email, letter, SMS or phone.
Billing suggestions per market: EBM and GOÄ in Germany; ADSE, SNS and Ordem dos Médicos codes in Portugal.
Import from spreadsheets or GDT from German practice systems, previewed before anything is written.
Data protection built in: consent, per-patient access reports, export, and erasure that records what was kept and why.

What it is not

A medical device. It makes no clinical decisions; the physician decides, and G4A IVI makes sure nobody is forgotten.
